Judith's Canti Cross
Judith is the Stayer wheelsmith and she's the boss. So it was important to get this right!
Judith wanted an everyday off road bike with fat tyres and good handling. The main thing here though was to make a bike that fitted well and could be used as an everyday offroad beater for everything from dog walking to cross racing. It gets ridden by kids, left covered in mud (terrible) smashed around the forest and used for race days. Judith's bike is a simple old school cross bike with cantilever breaks (Paul every time) a straight steerer Whiskey Parts canti cross fork - no judder and seriously good - a mix of SRAM rival and force bits, a pretty nice Hope QR wheel set on Pacenti rims and a dark grey powder coat that shows up stickers and marker pens really well :)
Even The Nose (Nola) loves this bike and she HATES bikes. Simple and old school - no oversized or crazy standard - there is even a lug!
