Route#7 Liam's All Terrain Sussex Loopcontributed by Liam Yates The loop can be started at any point depending on where you are coming from or live. It’s also close to Hayward’s Heath and East Grinstead train stations for those coming from a little further. The route includes a bit of everything from nice smooth country lanes to some more MTB terrain. So there is something for every skill, bike and fitness type, I’d recommend a bike with a 38mm tyre.
